Hello, I’m Priya Hegde

  A Weight Loss Yoga Coach for Women. With over 12 years of experience and a Master’s degree in Yoga,
 I specialize in  helping women transform their bodies and minds through yoga - naturally and sustainably.

 I was an Athlete during my college days. But when I had to discontinue my sports career, I drastically gained weight and lost my confidence. That’s when Yoga entered my life. Yoga didn’t just help me get fit again — it helped me rebuild my inner strength, balance my emotions, and rediscover my confidence.

     Today, my mission is to guide other women - especially those who feel stuck or disconnected from themselves — to experience the same transformation through yoga, mindful movement, and holistic living.

Not at all! This workshop is beginner-friendly and perfect for all fitness levels.

Will I get recordings of the
sessions?

No. Recordings are not provided. Attending live sessions are more effective.

Is this suitable for postnatal mothers? 

Yes, if it’s been at least 9 months post-delivery (with doctor’s approval).

How do I join the workshop? 

Once you register, you’ll receive a Zoom link and WhatsApp group invite.

Will this help to lose Belly Fat?

Yes. Core strengthening practices taught in the sessions will help to tone up your belly and help in strengthening the belly muscles.
